Worried about being worried?

If your “what if” questions have their own questions, it’s time to talk to someone.

Everyone worries from time to time. When the feelings won’t go away, happen without a particular reason or make it hard to cope with everyday life, we are here to talk.

Symptoms of excessive worry include:

  • Negative impact with your job, activities, or social life
  • Tending to expect the worst
  • Avoiding situations that make you worry even though you’d like to go
  • Stomach problems, nausea, and diarrhea
  • An inability to tolerate uncertainty
  • Inability to relax, enjoy quiet time, or be alone
  • Having trouble falling asleep or staying asleep

If you think you or someone you love may worry too much, find help and hope by contacting one of the organizations below.
